I paid for the video and expected to be able to download it. I can't find a way to do that. Is it only for viewing on the site?

You should be able to download the film once you purchase it. What browser are you using and what films are you trying to download?
I used Chrome and found the download options! Thanks!

There used to be a lesson with the video. Are they still available?
At one point, we had discussion guides created for selected films. While we have not created those in recent years, we are happy to provide the ones we do have. You can email [email protected] to request them.
Just bought DONNA & TURNER WARD - WHITE CHAIR FILM but can't download it. When I click on the 'start watching' button it takes me to a page that asks me to BUY or FIND OUT MORE. We do need this for church on Sunday and I'd be grateful for any help
